As required by the Every Student Succeeds Act [Section 1112(e)(1)(A)], the Federal law governing K-12 education in the United States, the School District of Philadelphia is required to provide the following Parent Right-to-Know Information.
ESSA requires that parents be notified at the beginning and/or when appropriate anytime during each year of their right to know the professional qualifications of their child’s teacher(s).
